各有关单位：

　　为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于印发〈“高效办成一件事”2025年度第一批重点事项清单〉的通知》，推进外国人来华工作许可等业务与外国人居留证件签发等业务有机衔接，为办事人员提供便利化服务，自2025年10月9日起，广州市外国人工作服务窗口将整体迁移至广州移民事务服务中心办公并提供服务。有关事项通知如下：

　　一、窗口地址

　　2025年10月9日起启用新址：广州移民事务服务中心外国人来华工作“一件事”综合受理窗口（地址：广州市越秀区解放南路155号广州市公安局外国人入出境接待大厅4层）。

　　2025年9月30日后，原设于广州市政务服务中心的广州市外国人工作服务窗口（516、517窗口）停止对外服务。

　　二、服务时间

　　工作日9:00—12:00，13:00—17:00，节假日不对外办公。

　　三、进驻业务

　　（一）外国人来华工作许可；

　　（二）外国高端人才确认函；

　　（三）外国专家来华邀请函；

　　（四）外籍高层次人才认定；

　　（五）港澳台高层次人才认定。

　　四、服务内容

　　（一）窗口服务。

　　1. 外国人来华工作许可咨询、受理、办理行政许可决定书等服务；

　　2. 外国高端人才确认函、外国专家来华邀请函、外籍高层次人才认定、港澳台高层次人才认定等业务咨询服务。

　　（二）线上服务。

　　各进驻业务线上办理平台不变。

Announcement ( Guangzhou Foreigners' Work Service Window relocated to Guangzhou Immigration Service Center)

All relevant units:

　　To promote the connection between the issuance of Foreigner’s Work Permit and Residence Permits for Foreigners in Guangzhou, and to provide more convenient services for foreigners, starting from October 9, 2025, the Guangzhou Foreigner’s Work Service Window will be relocated to the Guangzhou Immigration Service Center to provide services. The relevant details are announced as follows:

　　I. Location

　　New address: One-Stop Service Window for Foreigners Working in China, Guangzhou Immigration Service Center  (Address: 4th Floor, Entry and Exit Reception Hall for Foreigners of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau, No. 155 Jiefang South Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou). Service starts from October 9, 2025.

　　The former service counter 516、517, 5^thFloor of Guangzhou Government Affairs Center will be closed after September 30, 2025.

　　II. Service Hours

　　Monday to Friday 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00.

　　Closed on weekends and public holidays.

　　III. Service Provided

　　1. Foreigner’s Work Permit in China;

　　2. Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents;

　　3. Invitation Letter for Foreign Experts;

　　4. Recognition of High Level Foreign Talents;

　　5. Recognition of High Level Talents From Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan;

　　IV. Service Content

　　1. On-site service

　　Consultation, Acceptance, and Issuance of Administrative Licensing for Foreigner’s Work Permit in China;

　　Consultation services for Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents, Invitation Letter for Foreign Experts,  Recognition of High Level Foreign Talents, Recognition of High Level Talents From Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

　　2. Online services

　　The online services remain unchanged.
